Jimmy is a pure artisan (even though he’ll never admit it). He is dedicated to his craft, and will do just about anything to create a one-of-a-kind piece based on your idea and specifications. I had an idea for an LSU-themed nightlight, once I saw his state of Texas nightlight and even though Jimmy had not done an LSU nightlight before, he did his research and had come up with a pattern in a matter of a day or two. Then I had the bright idea of using a Bath & Body Works “Wallflower nightlite” as a base. These have bottles of scented oils that evaporate by the heat of the night light. Jimmy wasn’t familiar with those, but once he saw an example, he modified his process to be able to put his design on this new base. The result is perfect and I’m sure will be a big hit. Here’s a picture of the finished product!
Even if you have a rather “wild idea” talk to Jimmy! I’m sure he can figure out how to get it done and the result will be a one-of-kind piece of art!
Every year I try to find something unique for my son’s Christmas gift. Since my son is in law enforcement, I wanted something that represents what he loves to do. Jimmy came up with a beautiful Christmas tree ornament that looked like a badge in blue and white stained glass. (Sorry, I forgot to take a picture) It was beautiful and my son loved it. Jimmy is a true artisan and is totally willing to create what ever you can dream up. If you are looking for something special and unique, contact Jimmy Baughman.
