MD Anderson has many convenient locations. Whether seeking treatment or visiting a loved one, the following webpage provides directions, resources and information about each of our locations.
We live in Houston! And how blessed we are to have the best medical facilities in the world, especially MD Anderson Cancer Center. Many of my friends back in Alabama have come here for treatment and having nothing but praise for the care given them and the extended lives they now have. One friend was given two months to live, but when she was transferred here, MD Anderson’s team used experimental techniques and she live another two years, with quality of life.
Everyone fears cancer, but after our tour last year, I rested easier seeing how much attention is paid to taking care of the patients during, what is one of the toughest times in his/her life.
If you haven’t taken the tour, do so. Then, like me, you’ll refer to MD Anderson.
MD Anderson has not only touched my life…but touched many lives…not only here locally in Houston, but people from all cities, states and countries, from every socioeconomic situation, from stage 1 to stage 4 cancers, from age two weeks to one hundred year old patients, they offer treatment, counseling and care to all walks of life.
It has been very nice to learn all the great things MD Anderson does to help the cancer patient. Network Texas is blessed to have such an organization as a member. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour a number of us took several years ago to The Woodlands facility. How nice to know that it is so convenient for those north of Houston, or people flying in from out of state, who may not want to deal with the Medical Center, parking and congestion. MD Anderson’s representative, Kendra, has her own cancer success story, and is inspiring to us all. What a wonderful organization. I’m looking forward to our tour at the Katy facility soon.
