NOTE: If you haven’t signed into your account since July 5, 2018 we switched to a new Membership system on that date. So please login to activate your account in our new system!

If for any reason you have lost your Network Texas password, here are simple steps for resetting your password so you can login to your account.

Step 1 – Start by clicking on My Account in the navigation area at very top and to the right of the Network Texas.biz.

Step 2 – On the My Account login page, check the round “radio button” right next to “Request Password

Step 3 – Now in theĀ Email field type in your membership accounts email address on file. And then click the “Request Password” button.

Step 4 – You will receive an email that looks something like the below email with your password.

Remember this is a temporary password once logged in please change it!

Step 5 – Now go back to the “My Account” page, and use your email address on file and the password from the email received in step 4 above and sign in.
TIP: the Password is CASEĀ  SENSITIVE. Also if you copy and paste the password make sure you do not copy over a blank space, a common problem.

Step 6 – NOW LOGGED IN and CHANGE PASSWORD

Step 6A – Type in your new Password and scroll down the page to click “Save & Continue” button.
